We cater to both dealers and walk-in customers. We function as solution providers and we also handle various projects. Our service policy is well defined and implemented with a fixed minimum turnaround time, which also includes value-added services. To maintain the quality of all customers’ products, our policy entails our providing swap units and replacing faulty units whenever problems regarding these units are reported.
We stock and distribute telecommunication equipment such as mobile telephones, analog and digital telephones and satellite receivers to our dealers and customers. Our well-equipped service centre attends to after sales services for our customers, with whom we maintain close professional relationships in our role as solution providers.
